What's the response rate from your lists? It is almost impossible to quote a response rate. Every mailing is different. But many of our clients have said that the response that they are getting from our lists is the best they have ever had. Judging by the repeat orders we receive we humbly agree.

Will I be receiving names that others in my program have ordered? One of the first questions we ask when taking your order or when we confirm your order is "which program are you working"? We will never knowingly send names that have been used for the program you are working. All our lists are computer coded. As matter of fact we do not sell the same names for similar programs. Example: Nutritional programs would not receive the same names that have been used for other nutritional programs.

How are  undeliverable names handled? We will replace 10 for 1  for each undeliverable name returned to us within 60 days of the shipping date. Return the entire front panel of the mailing piece to us, along with the original label.  How can we do this? Our undeliverable rate is within the norm of all major list companies. We could not remain in business very long if our lists were not accurate.

Can you provide names from specific zip codes, area codes cities or states? Can you provide lists with Name address & phone Usually we can provide lists that meet you specifications.
